  seconded. I'm not a big fan of the darkness, but I'm thrilled with the temperature and breeze.

  You and me both. I moved up here from TX to get *away* from these temperatures.
  
  Wearing boots when it is over 90 is uncomfortable. Wearing a proper jacket is damn near impossible.
